- Book and pay online using our secure payment system
- Receive a confirmation email of your booking
- On the day of travel call ARYVO on 02380 433000 30 minutes before you arrive ( you make a payment directly to them for your transfer)
- On arrival at site you will be met by a member of our friendly team. You park your own vehicle and keep your keys.
- Taxis available upon disembarking the ship for your return journey.

Where can I get a taxi from Anchor Parking to the Port?
We work with a local taxi company Arvyo who have years worth of experience and can provide convenient and efficient transport for your onward journey to your ship. Just simply call them on 02380 433000 at least 30 minutes before you arrive at Anchor Parking and they will meet you there.
Anchor Parking are not responsible for any transfers, we just recommend Aryvo. You are welcome to uses any other taxi service should you wish to do so.
How can I get a Refund/Cancellations?
Yes we provide refunds, all refunds are only valid if you give notice on the cancellation from change of plans or the notice on not making your parking booking with us. We can then refund your payments 5-10 Business Days.
WE WANT 14 DAYS NOTICE, all refunds have to be done by Email, so please contact us via our Contact Pages.
All Payments are secured and protected using stripe payments.
Are our Vehicles secure within the Facility?
Yes all vehicles remain in our secure compound for the duration of there stay and are covered via 24/7 CCTV Cameras covering all vehicles within the parking lot. We have onsite security day and night, with regular patrols to ensure the safety of your vehicle.
